The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Use Of Site

  • My holsters are not intended for use with modified guns or those fitted with trigger shoes.  None of the products that we produce should be altered or modified in any way, shape, or form.  My holsters are designed for use with a specific gun.  Using a different gun, any alterations, or modifications to our holsters could cause negligent discharge.  It is not recommended to carry a gun during vigorous activity, such as jogging.  ALL firearms are potentially dangerous.  It is the user's responsibility to exercise extreme caution when handling, carrying, drawing, or re-holstering any firearm.  I, the manufacturer, am not responsible for any accidental or intentional injury, damage, or death resulting from the use of any gun or any of our products.   This includes self inflicted injuries caused by negligent discharge.

    This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. I reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if I believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Kolbeson Leatherworks.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • All shipping is via USPS Priority mail service.  All packages are shipped with a delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. 

    My current shipping times are listed on my store homepage.

  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Kolbeson Leatherworks is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • Sales tax of 8.25% added to TX residents only.



  • Warranties
  • All of my leather holsters come with an unconditional lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.  This warranty is transferable so it follows the holster, regardless of transfer of ownership. 

    All of my kydex holsters come with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.  This warranty is transferable so it follows the holster, regardless of transfer of ownership.



  • Return Policy

  • You have 14 days from the receipt of your holster to decide if you would like a full refund .  My only condition for a return for refund is the holster being returned must not show excessive wear or use.

    Custom orders subject to 50% restocking fee.
