Please note:  The "Doc's Special" setup came about from a buddy of mine who wanted a Minimum IWB for his J-frame with a couple custom specs.  These ride a little lower than the zero degree holster and also have a 5-7 degree reverse cant.  The Doc's Special setup and the zero degree rig are both ideal for appendix carry.
